| Additional Information | The Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings, Mobile course is designed to provide emergency first responders with the skills to recognize and respond to terrorist bombing incidents. Emergency first responders are presented with information necessary to recognize explosives and their effects, identify Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and their components, and determine pre-detonation and post-detonation response strategies. Throughout the course, emergency first responders discuss how to implement safe response strategies in bombing scenarios; understanding these recognition and response actions are critical to mitigating the effects of a bombing incident. |
